● always place the cover on the hot tub after use
● do not play loud music inside or outside at any time
● clean the barbecue after use
● remove shoes when entering the home
● turn off all lights when exiting the home
● don’t flick cigarette butts around the garden or on the terraces

you have full access and exclusive use of the house and private garden You’re welcome to use the play park between 9am to 6pm.
