the pool is closed seasonally, we will try to keep it open until mid november, when it will be closed until the beginning of march (weather permitting) Please inquire if you want to confirm the status of the pool.
to use the pool heater comes with an additional charge of $100 per stay during warmer months and $100 per day during colder months Please let us know a few days before your stay if you would like the heat turned on and we will get the heater started and confirm the current rate.

note: as we are located in a wooded area, you should expect to see critters and bugs You may even see ladybugs, stinkbugs, and similar harmless bugs inside the home, especially in the spring and fall. We do our best to keep these at bay, however any pests that do show up are not the fault of the owner or cleaners and will not result in a refund. These bugs can be vacuumed up using the vacuum cleaner or carried outside by hand. Do not crush the stinkbugs. While wasps are generally non-aggressive, we recommend admiring them from a distance. If one happens to find its way indoors, you can gently guide it outside by opening a window or door.
we use ring cameras outside at the front door and above the driveway Ring cameras are activated by motion and will record video and audio of anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that the house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time 24/7 and record video and audio.
