this is a strict no party house, no bucks, no hens, or footy weekends We understand that every group is different we cannot afford to take the risk and we do not make exceptions.
the property is situated in a quiet and private cul-de-sac street back on to a natural reserve Council regulates outside noise to ensure the neighbourhood retains its quiet and peaceful outlook and that neighbours aren’t disturbed.
- there is no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time
- socialising outdoors is allowed until 10:00pm, after which guests need to move indoors
- pool equipment and central air conditioning upstairs are on a timer overnight to comply with council noise regulation
if this interferes with your weekend away plans, then please do not book
we use noiseaware technology to monitor the decibel levels outside the house as well as 2 outdoor security cameras
in cases of noise complaints that are not addressed on request, we reserve the right to use contracted security patrol cars to remove all guests from the premise mid-stay with no refund

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! It was perfect for our family, especially with young children. The heated pool was a standout feature and the spacious living area provided plenty of room for everyone to relax. The house was thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could think of, making our stay convenient and hassle free. The location was another highlight- just a short drive to the beach and close to shops, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.
