The beautiful Naples beach is across the street. This condo will sleep up to six comfortably with a King size beds in both the Master bedroom and second bedroom. The unit also has a third room which has a comfortable pull out couch bed. The kitchen has a direct bay view and provides ample supplies to enjoy cooking. This condo has 3 large (75", 60" and 50") TVs. One in each of the bedrooms and a 75" flat screen 4K HDTV mounted on the wall in the living room. Cable and Wi-Fi, water and electric are included with the rental. A screened in Lanai overlooks the beautiful grounds, pool area with an unobstructed view of the Moorings Bay. Outdoor barbeque grills are provided surrounded in a setting which includes outdoor cocktail tables for your comfort. The complex offers access to a community party room. Along the docks on the bay you will find several high cocktail tables and chairs. Also available is a floating kayak dock to assist with easy access to the water.
