this property is made up of the main house and the shed The Shed has underfloor heating throughout, a bedroom with a king size bed, a shower room with a washbasin and WC, and a living area with bi-fold doors out onto a decked area with a bistro table, chairs, and a sun lounger. The living area has a large sofa and a futon and a circular dining table with 2 chairs. The sofa is a sofa bed which may be used for children/teenagers only and must be requested on booking. The Shed has lovely views across the large garden where wildlife visits on a regular basis. The Main House offers a great space for families to gather with an open plan designed living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has a cosy wood burner where you can relax on the comfortable sofas after a busy day. The dining table is set next to the bi folding doors which lead into the garden and is the perfect setting for listening to the bird song and wildlife that frequently foray into the garden. The kitchen area has a large island with 2 bar stools and an integrated induction hob and bi folding doors, bringing the entire ground floor outside. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer and an additional lockable boot room with plenty of storage space for hanging coats and walking boots. There is a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom which has a super king size bed, two walk-in dressing rooms, a dressing table and views over the garden. Across the landing is a large shower room with twin washbasins, a bidet, and a WC.
