Summary: Convenient location. Pleasant, friendly, smiling staff. Adequate breakfast with clean dining area. Clean, comfortable room; great shower. Plenty of tv options. WiFi allowed me to get work done. The only negative is that the ironing board was broken; a nut seemed to be missing. I can understand that the boards are probably not opened and checked everyday, or perhaps only if a guest complains. Overall this was affordable, comfortable, and clean.
