fancy 75m2 apartment to welcome up to 6 travelers looking for discovering our beautiful capital It is on the second floor with elevator. This chic 75m2 apartment is both bright and spacious. The apartment with Parisian charm and very functional. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. The first double bedroom is next to the living room. The 2nd double bedroom is in a closed mezzanine. There is also a large bathroom with shower, please note that the toilet is separate from the shower room. The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, is particularly pleasant as it is very well equipped. Pets are not allowed.

For shopping addicts: Les Galeries Lafayette, Les Printemps and Citadium are located at 10-minute walk from the apartment. In an upscale neighborhood with lots of luxury stores and restaurants. You will be able to visit plenty of famous places by walk. ## Transportation The metro line 3 at the station Quatre Septembre is at one minute away by foot from the apartment. A little further at 5 minutes walking, you can grab the metro line 8 & 9 at Richelieu - Drouot. The metro line 7 and the RER A located at the station Auber is at 5 minutes away by foot.
