Positive: Location is amazing. Short drive to things like Crystal Bridges as well as the Bella Vista Amenities like golf course. We have been coming here for years and always stay at the Greens Staff is very accommodating. Bentonville and Rogers have really grown up to have a lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities.
Negative: Bookings.com dropped the ball. Even though we booked in 2 months out and paid 25 days prior to our arrival....BOOKINGS.COM failed to notify the host until 3 days after we arrived. Greens team was wonderful. When we arrived (Saturday night @ 9:00 PM) and were not able to pick up the keys, the properity manager met us at the unit and they were able to get us into a unit... it was dumb luck they weren't full. Monday morning the booking info was available to the host. We will go directly to the host in the future.... Booking.com didn't do any favors.
Summary: Very nice property with lots to do in the immediate area. Well managed by friendly staff.
