1) additional guests cannot stay other than those in the reservation Make sure to register all the guest as our prices vary according to the occupants.
2) we might provide shampoo, soap, cleaning products and basic consumables only as a welcome amenity
3) as per hoa regulations, within 24hrs of your reservation we will need the names of each occupant to complete a registration This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation.
4) electricity for stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will not be included and will be charged at 6 pesos per kwh payable before departure
