Great for families, graduation or IU sporting events. Six bedrooms (13 beds total) w/ large patio, hot tub, privacy fence and pool table. Three miles South of IU campus, ten minute walk to YMCA, 15 minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs are allowed on the first floor. Hot tub is open all year.

you will have the entire house to yourselves and i have a keyless lock for your arrival But I am always available to answer any of your questions before or during your trip and will fix any problems you may encounter at my place. Previous guests have told me I provide faster service than a hotel.

there are 2 bus lines a short walking distance from my house Their are bike paths which lead to downtown, IU and the mall which start just 2 blocks from my house.
the house has beds for 26 guests their are memory foam mattresses for the floor to accommodate additional guests
if you are bringing more than 6 vehicles please inform me at booking I may have to arrange additional parking.
in addition to my nightly charge i have a $300 cleaning fee and an extra guest fee of $30 per night per guest, for more than 6 guests
