The kitchen has stainless appliances and a small built-in eating nook with seating for four. In the front cottage, the first bedroom down the hallway has a double bed and flat panel TV. The second bedroom to the back of the house has a double bed, a wall-mounted flat panel TV and access to the courtyard. The hall bathroom has a shower. The front cottage is equipped with Air Conditioning.

The outdoor shower is available to rinse away sand before going inside, and the fence has hooks for towels, wetsuits and swim suits.
