awesome cottage style condo in downtown savannah with a pool It was built in the late 1800's and is listed as a historic property. This is a great place to spend your stay in Savannah at a great price. It is about three blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The condo is well within walking distance or a short bike ride of River Street and about a 15-20 minute drive from Tybee Island. It features a dedicated off-street parking space. The condo has been renovated and features a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, washer and dryer, small outside porch, living room with flat screen television, one bedroom and a pull out full size sofa in the living room. There are two original fireplaces, hardwood floors and crown moulding and trim throughout.
