This fantastic Olivia Beach home is perfectly situated directly across from the Olivia Beach Community Park. Nestled just a short walk to the beach, and across the street from the park with its play area and sand volleyball makes the 'Parkside' location unlike almost any other.
from the moment you enter the property you will notice the wonderful décor and furnishing throughout Every bit of which was curated to create that perfect blend of coastal style and comfort. The main level enjoys a fully open floor plan combining the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The entire kitchen was completely updated and remodeled.
step outside on to the oversized deck with seating for relaxation and at one of the tables to enjoy snacks or meals at It's a special place that also includes the hot tub and detached carriage house that enjoys a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. It's a great option for those that want a bit more quiet and privacy during their stay. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower located adjacent to the hot tub and has hose w/ hot-cold water for rinsing off beach sand and hot tub water for anyone to use.
ascending upstairs from within the main house you will find the other three bedrooms and two full bathrooms The primary bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Don't miss the balcony just off this bedroom with stunning views overlooking the park and the neighborhood around. It's such a wonderful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or perhaps an adult beverage in the evening. The final two bedrooms on the second floor have a queen bed and two twin beds respectively.

We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
