With over 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens, fruit trees, and a fish pond with a fountain there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy everything the Riverview Luxury Retreat has to offer. There are countless species of wildlife to enjoy in the region and most every morning and evening you will see a family of deer enjoying the property as well.
upon entering through foyer you will immediately notice the meticulously furnished living area and the breathtaking columbia river views and portland beyond The room flows into the kitchen and dining area all with truly special views. Without a doubt you will be drawn to spend every minute possible on the deck and seating area that is protected by a huge motorized awning with remote control and LED lighting. Another captivating sight is the distant airplanes descending for their landing at PDX across the river. There is a main level bedroom available next to a full bath.
ascending upstairs you will find the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom and two king beds There is an attached sunroom with additional seating or sofa bed for sleeping. It might be the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon glass of wine any time of the year. The attached bathroom is enormous with a walk in shower and a separate tub with its own unbelievable views. In the back of the bathroom there is a door that leads to a small set of stairs and then into flexible living, sleeping, work space room.
