Great little vacation spot right off A1A. 9 miles from the Mayo clinic, 1.5 miles from Mayport Naval Station. Just around the corner from Hanna Park Beach. Screened back porch to enjoy meals and Florida weather. A big carport keeps you dry on those rainy Florida afternoons and extra off-street parking can accommodate most towed vessels under 11 feet tall. Street parking is available for anything taller. Home was recently remodeled inside and has some nice updates to keep you comfortable. 65 inch tv in the living room. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Quiet community great for rest and relaxation.
