De Soto is located an easy 15-20 minute drive from the larger communities of Lawrence & Kansas City Metro.
this three bedroom, 2 bath home is comfortably decorated with antiques and vintage pieces to help you reminisce of days gone by Experience the nostalgia of small town Kansas.

enjoy coffee on the front or back covered front porches or walk downtown for a fresh cup On the first floor you will find a formal living and dining rooms, updated kitchen and full bath with shower over tub. The living room features a sofa sleeper, comfy chair, smart TV, vintage radio with record player, games and a little free library. A gorgeous glass chandelier will greet you in the formal dining room with seating for eight as well as a window seat and dedicated workspace with desk, lamp, adjustable height chair and router. Our farmhouse kitchen is fully stocked, complete with a coffee and tea bar and has room at the island for a quick breakfast or extra helpers to sit and chat.
