does your pool get any direct sun as many of the homes we've stayed in within sea pines, well their pools are too shaded? yes, the pool gets sun light from mid-morning to late afternoon Summer pool temps generally range from 86 - 88 degrees. many of our guests share that they really enjoy coming back to the house and having the pool to relax by after a great day at the beach!
what if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? all issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation So, you never need to worry about trying to contact an absentee owner to address any issues.
how close are you to the beach? about a 6-8 minute bike ride or a 10-15 minute walk!
are you close to harbour town and south beach? yes, and you can hop on the sea pines trolley and take it to harbour town, the sea pines center, or to the salty dog at south beach
