Summary: Owner, Mr Brend, was very accommodating. This area had just experienced a horrible storm, lost power and had a lot of surrounding damage. This rental had a generator and and no observed damage. Supplies were plentiful and in great condition; kitchen appliances, paper products, containers, dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, pots and pans...etc. Room for everyone to find their own space. Plenty of bath and beach towels. At our old age, the only items we didn't care for was a ground bees nest near the lake patio shade tree, a wasp nest on the garage and having to haul the trash receptacle from and to the road along a very long and narrow driveway. An overall exceptional rental property.
