On the enclosed property of 1.000 sqm, there is an outdoor swimming pool 50 sqm in size, a hot tub, covered terrace with dining facilities and barbecue, well-kept lawn and two parking places.
the villa has a living area of 197 sqm On the ground floor there’s a lovely living room with fireplace with two lots of patio doors leading to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the terrace and the garden, one bedroom for two with double bed and en-suite shower/toilet. On the 1st floor there are three bedroom for two, two of them with a double bed and terrace, and one with two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties.
