You may already know Pateley Bridge was a key location for the Tour de France and the Tour de Yorkshire. The Nidderdale Way goes within a few yards of the cottage, as well as walks nearby at Brimham Rocks. For those of us less energetic York and Harrogate are a short drive away for shopping or why not visit the many places of interest such as the World Heritage Site of Fountains Abbey which is a 10 minute drive.
