the house is big enough to host 2-3 families or up to 8 adults (note: there's an add'l $50/adult/night charge for each adult over 8) looking for a country getaway It's situated on top of a small hill, with views of the lake from virtually every window.
all the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and adjoining rooms that have been set up as offices. A kitchenette with a laundry facility is also located on the 2nd floor.
the kitchen has been fully renovated with all new appliances It's fully stocked with all the basic cooking needs, including spices, cooking oils and bakingware.
the common areas include a living room in the open plan area with the kitchen and the dining room, a separate library/games room stocked with books, puzzles and board games, a wrap-around porch and a separate side deck set up for outdoor dining, a new weber grill and a solo stove
the private lake access is about 3 min-walk down the street with a new deck, kayaks, paddle board and various inflatables and floats (we've stocked plenty of life jackets for adults, kids and babies - there's even one for a dog!)
