while booking our home, please kindly have in mind that we have a strict policy about 2 nights minimum for each stay during the week and 3 nights minimum stay for bookings starting on friday and saturday
this is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them
*no loud music or parties Absolutely, no gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.
