3 No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail.
4 We do have a video surveillance camera on the parking area (only), as well as family members who live at the main ranch house. So while your privacy and comfort is assured, we will not tolerate any abuse of our "NO PARTIES - NO ANIMALS" policy. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place!
5 Outside guests are limited to 2 without prior approval.
6 Please note that there are cattle grates preventing the cows from entering the area close to the home, but you may have to drive slowly if the herd is grazing along the entrance road, as there are no fences down there, and the cows tend to wander across the road right when you get close.
