Positive: Great location, the host is very responsive with is fantastic.
Negative: This place was not thoroughly cleaned. Found blood on the bathroom counter, hot tub had tons of pine needles looking things in it, bar counter outside looked to not been cleaned in a long time. Floor needed swept. Piece of the hot tub was broken on the side and floating in the hot tub. One of the decorative pillows in the master bedroom had stains all over it. Toilet in master bedroom was starting to break and would wiggle significantly from side to side. One of the bunk beds looked like you would fall through it if you slept on it. Will give the host credit for having someone come out to clean the hot tub but never offered anything towards our $300 plus cleaning fee they charge
