downstairs has a hotel style queen sized master attached to the shared colonial style bathroom Comfortable cosy lounge area with widescreen TV and a selection of DVD's to enjoy. Roomy fully equipped kitchen hosting a fridge/freezer with ice and water, upright cooker, indoor dining area and a hideaway laundry. Downstairs is also air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. The back deck offers a great place to have morning coffee while overlooking the back yard and treed hillside. Expect a visit from the wild but friendly King Parrots. At night it's a great place to enjoy a BBQ and entertain.
