Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The camping was well laid out, featured sufficient space for parking, as well as great common areas, e.g. a decently sized and fully functioning kitchen, decent shared bathrooms (with sufficient number to be utilized by the present guests). The location makes for a good stopover for crossing the Norway - Finland border and continuing your journey in these wild polar lands.

Negative: The room was very tight and did not offer much place for storing bags. If staying here, you would need to spend your time in the common areas or outside. Speaking of outside - in the middle of July there are hundreds of mosquitoes and flies, probably due to the river flowing right next to the camping. You should be well prepared to handle such nuisances, if you are coming all this way!
