*in compliance with the short term rental accommodation (stra) legislation, we will require a guest agreement to be *in compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a short term rental agreement with guests upon booking We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*this is a no-party property We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is THREE people. If you would like to have day visitors, please reach out to us first for approval.
*only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*this home is a strictly no-smoking property If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*this is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*stra rules - by booking this home you automatically agree to all the stra terms and conditions that are applicable to guests You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*check-in/check-out - we cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
