Welcome to our newest property, with fun and funky design for you and your guests to relax and enjoy! 10 minutes to Rainey, Downtown and East 6th Street. fully stocked home, with a 10ft cowboy pool, fire pit, games, karaoke and lots of sleeping spaces for the whole group!
this 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers a space for your whole group to enjoy
-our large private backyard is great for groups that like to have fun with a 10ft cowboy pool, fire pit and lots of seating for everyone
-bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds and a fold down futon sofa as well as a dedicated work space and ensuite bathroom
-bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and a fold down futon sofa
-bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and a fold down futon sofa
+the living room has a queen size pullout and fold down futon sofa
we also have 2 individual memory foam portable mattresses that you can place anywhere
rule number one: have fun!
friday and saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay 2 night minimum for April 7th and 8th.
occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events That isn't very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me. .

if you are looking to smoke there is plenty of space on the patio allowed outside Just a reminder that there is no smoking of any kind permitted in the home. So just a reminder that if ashes, cigarettes, joints or smoking smells are found, you will be charged a $750 fee cleaning fee as it takes a lot of work to get the smell out in a big house like that before the next guest arrives.
