This modern cabin is located south of Cascade, near Clear Creek Station, a little over an hour north of Boise and Eagle, and close to the popular Cabarton rafting put in area on the Payette River.

the cabin is accessible year-round and is located about 1/2 of a mile due east of clear creek station (located on state highway 55)
10 minutes north, the town of cascade features magnificent lake cascade, payette national forest, the middle fork of the payette river, boutique shops, a grocery store, a movie theater, a workout facility, an olympic-sized hot springs-fed pool (covered in the the winter time for year-round access), a white water park and much more Whether you're having fun around the outdoor fire pit, enjoying a meal using the gas barbecue grill on the patio, or just relaxing by watching a movie, your stay is certain to be comfortable and memorable.

check-in/check-out: check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

pets: not all properties are pet friendly (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

trailer/rv parking: rv parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee
hot tub: if this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill"
wi-fi: as cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty wi-fi and internet Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.)
