general: washer and dryer, new linens & towels, open floor plan, air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, central heating, self-check-in with keyless entry
parking: cars: open parking for two vehicles / vessel: please park on the street outside the community gate / no garage parking

1 primary guest
a must be over age 35 to secure the reservation.
b A photo government ID matching VRBO Profile of Primary Guest must be sent to secure the reservation.
c Primary Guest must be staying on property during reservation dates.
2 The maximum number of persons allowed to stay overnight in the Property is limited to eight (8).
3 Don’t steal our stuff and don’t purposefully damage our property.
4 No Pets.
5 All trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster.
6 No Smoking or Vaping indoors or on balcony.
7 Do not tamper, block or cover our exterior security cameras.
8 Do not tamper with our owners closet or garage.
9 No parties or large gatherings.
10 Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
11 We do require a $1,500.00 refundable security deposit. This will be refunded with in 14 days of check-out less any damages, if applicable.
