this home is fully furnished when we mean fully.... we mean it. you just bring cloths and enjoy a stay in trichur town.
we are looking for non resident indians and non resident keralites who are on a short trip to kerala....
we expect very very decent families on a vacation to trichur for a month or few weeks either for vacation or for some occasions like marriage or family functions....
we expect the guest to treat the home as their own and use all facilities provided with ultimate care
to start with..four bed rooms all air conditioned,3of them bath attached,water heater,queen size mattress, leak proof mattress pads, pillows, cupbords.....
for entertainment...sony led tv, home theatre and sofas.......front and back balconies and a refreshing river view at the back yard.......
nice dining table and chairs......a very large hall on the first floor can hold 50-60 people for a medium size family get together and party.inverter to prevent power failures.
all families will like to have a kitchen with 4 burner auto ignition cook top,big size microwave oven, 330l refrigerator, induction stove for faster cooking then what most important 4 stage reverse osmosis water purifier the best possible in india.....to secure your family n kids ....
very large size (9kg) fully automatic front loading washing machine with dryer(by the way most expensive in indian market).....so you don't have any issue to dry your laundry in rainy days......
dinner set, all necessary utensils, cooking pots ,even the storage containers to keep rice and all other cooking stuff......
so now you know the rent is just genuine.....you come in and stay as in your own home enjoy vacation........at fraction of the cost of setting up and furnishing a house of your own or even a normal hotel room for a month.......and yes your next vacation.....come on.......you are welcome..
