Summary: The house was very clean and organized upon arrival and we really enjoyed our stay in Narragansett. Beautiful yard with a nice lawn for croquet. We loved having use of two kayaks and life jackets as well as the beach area for swimming. There are a few things that could be checked by the owners: 1. No screen doors in front and back. That was a big disappointment 2. No fly swatter. Many flies in the house when we arrived. 2. Light bulbs not working in the master bedroom sitting area, back porch, stove and night light in 1st floor bath. 3. Ice maker not working 4. Garden hose drips and porch hose sprayed from connection with house 5. Master bath - toilet sings when flushed and shower drips 6. Dryer takes two cycles to dry clothes 7. Neither of the two can openers worked 8. We received no response from the owner to a request via VRBO for the combo for beach parking. Although we wanted to love the rental, the many small issues detracted us from giving a higher rating.
