Beautiful private quiet safe tree filled property, beautifully and comfortably furnished (high end mattresses) close to shopping, restaurants and parks in all directions. Take a walk around the lake at Crown Hill Park (<0.3mi away) or at Sloan's Lake (1.5 mi away). Not far from down town night life. The house is newly remodeled, a triplex. In unit washer and dryer in one unit and shared W/D between the other two units. Off street parking for all. Garage parking may be available for a small car (not a truck) on first come first served basis. Free wifi, Roku TVs. Weekly cleaning available if desired for an extra fee. Pet friendly with prior approval..

Summary: The first issue that I had with this place is zero communication from the property owner when I messaged and asked a question. I had to contact VRBO twice to get the property owner to do her job. When we arrived the keypad to get in did not work and no one could let us in so the property owner had to tell me where a hidden key was-thank God there was one. When we decided to go to bed the first night, I pulled back my comforter back to find stains all over my sheets while my daughter’s bed had hair and tissue on/in her sheets. I stayed up past midnight to wash our bedding. Gross. If you plan to eat at the condo, there’s no toaster and no way to cook in the oven(no pans/sheets). We wouldn’t stay here again, that’s for sure. The nasty bedding sealed that.
