the layout is similar to a hotel room setup There is a queen pullout couch and a twin trundle bed. A room divider is provided to visually separate the beds. There is a roku smart tv, no cable but there are iPhone and android hookups.
there is a boat/kayak launch a 5-10 minute walk down the street with access to the chagrin river and lake erie One tandem kayak is available for guests should you want to use it! Lifejackets and paddles included. Must sign a waiver to use kayak, adults only please. There is a wheeled dolly so you can walk it down to the launch area. Owner is a local real estate agent and can provide any information about the area you are seeking! This suite's entrance is in the rear of the home with a key lock. You will have to walk through grass to get to the entrance and up three somewhat uneven stairs. Owner travels a lot and may not be present during your stay.
