our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining area, living room, and an outside covered patio with furniture Sink into the plush comfort of our spacious living room, furnished with cozy reclining sofas and a Smart TV. free parking for up to 4 vehicles ALL vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway. Street parking is NOT permitted for short-term rentals in Redding, as per city ordinance. A $150 violation fee will apply for any vehicles parked on the street, and this fee will be passed on to the guest. Our property can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, with a maximum of 4. Additionally, the City mandates that we maintain a log of all vehicles brought to our residence. Before arrival, please provide the following: vehicle make, model, color, license plate number, and state of registration.
