up to 4 people and two vehicles on street parking No trailers: these must be parked within walking distance at the Cayuga State Park Lot and boat launch area for a small daily fee.
note: the water dock is removed around mid september and installed back sometime in may
we require any boaters to send an inquiry about availability: boaters are generally not allowed under our booking platform The boat hoist is private.
for those that may have difficulty with stairs: there are two narrow spiral staircases inside the property:
1) leading to the lower level and has an open space entry area and is not gated, not suitable for young children Alternatively, you can take the wide exterior stair case easily to the lower sleeping level of the home.
and
2) leading to the 2nd floor sleeping quarters
a six (6 ) ft wide exterior stairs to easily access the downstairs level sleeping quarters and lower deck and the dock !
