Heading back into the hallway there is a narrow winding staircase leading up to a galleried landing on the first floor. Here there are two bedrooms to choose from, the first an inviting king-size and the second a super-king-size zip-and-link (available as a twin on request). Both bedrooms are decorated with care and attention and boast sumptuous feather and down bedding, perfect for a restful nights sleep. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC between the bedrooms. There are areas of restricted head height and exposed low beams throughout the first floor, which only adds to its character and charm.
