Summary: Das Haus ist ganz ok eingerichtet, ein großes schwedisches Möbelhaus hat geholfen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Im Wohnzimmer ist die Couch leider etwas zu klein. Sich nach einem schönen Seetag darauf ausruhen, können bequem vielleicht drei bis vier Personen. Der Garten bietet viel Möglichkeiten, Spielgeräte wie z.B. Federball oder Dart sind vorhanden. Theoretisch könnte man dies Haus mit mehr als vier Personen nutzen. Praktischerweise leider nicht. Die Betten lassen sich nicht auseinander schieben. Es sind auch genau vier Kaffeebecher vorhanden und vier kleine Gläser. Und da wir gerade in der geräumigen Küche sind. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mixer. Aber bringen Sie sich bitte Ihre Kaffeefilter mit (Größe 4) und ein Brotschneidemesser. Ach und bringen Sie sich bitte Oropax mit. Die Wohnung ist nicht hellhörig aber leider wurden an jeder Tür Rückholer angebracht. Wenn Sie die Tür nicht sehr fest in der Hand haben, dann knallt diese in den Rahmen und weckt das ganze Haus. Alternativ könnte man aber auch mit offenen Schlafzimmern schlafen und die Badtüren offen lassen. Jedenfalls gibt es keine Brandschutzverordnung in der steht, dass Rückholer angebracht werden müssen, dies wird aber als Begründung mit einem Zettel an jeder Tür beschrieben. Aber das wichtigste, buchen Sie bitte genug Datenvolumen auf Ihr Handy. Es gibt KEIN WLAN. Falls Sie denn mal einen Film schauen wollen, dann sind Sie auf das Fernsehen angewiesen (kein DMAX und kein Tele5). Selbst wenn man nicht wie ich beruflich und privat das WLAN auch im Urlaub braucht, ist WLAN in einer Ferienwohnung ein absolutes MUSS! Was Sie auch mitnehmen sollten, ist genügend Wäsche, da es leider keine Waschmaschine gibt. Sehr nahe sind die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Penny, Lidl, Netto und ein Getränkehändler. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist Kühlungsborn und liegt 9 km entfernt, Rerik 16 km. Parkplätze in Strandnähe, wenn man wie wir ein kleines Schlauchboot, Luftmatratzen, Handtücher und Getränke für 5 Personen mitnimmt, sinnvoll ist, kostet 14,-€ am Tag. Da wir das Geld lieber in die heimische Gastronomie investieren wollten, hat der Fahrer den Wagen ca. 1 km entfernt geparkt, das war, zumindest in Rerik, kostenlos. Alles in allem hat die Ferienwohnung für den Preis noch Luft nach oben. Dies betrifft zumindest einige Kleinigkeiten, wie das Wohnzimmer (zu kleines Sofa), der fehlende Mückenschutz (zwindend notwendig, wenn Sie nicht zerstochen morgens aufwachen wollen), saubere Steckdosen, das fehlende Brotmesser, die nervigen Rückholer (da klemmen sich kleine Kinder gerne mal ein paar Körperteile), fehlende Rolladen (trotz guter Isolierung ist es sehr warm im Sommer in der Wohnung), um die Sonne nachmittags draußen zu halten und das fehlende WLAN!
