our suite is located in the new community of rockland park, with quick and easy access to the mountains and amazing community amenities, like swimming pool (summer), hot tub, ice skating trail, hockey rink, fire pit, pickle ball and basketball courts (summer) and walking trails through the community with great views, which you get to enjoy while you are our guest in our fully furnished and comfortable suite, where you will find most every appliance that you'll need during your stay.. washer and dryer, cooking range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Linens, towels, and kitchen utensils are provided. Ah! you will also enjoy soft water.

when booking our suite, you must answer the following questions for us to consider your request..

the minimum age to book our suite is 24
the suite may only be booked for a minimum of 10 nights and a maximum of 60, however, if after being our guest you would like to extend your stay, we will be happy to chat with you to do so (we reserve the right to cancel any initial reservation that does not meet the maximum of 60 booked nights)
please make note of..
- no guests other than those listed in the reservation will be permitted for overnight stays in the suite Violation to this rule may result in immediate eviction.
- we will not check in a different person from the one who reserved the unit Government issued ID will be asked for.
- check in time cut-off time is 11:00 pm regardless of the cause of the delayed arrival
- no outdoor shoes are allowed in the unit.
