3 Bedroom Villa in Urbanizacion Ladera del Mar, Nerja

Our villa has three double bedrooms (one ensuite) as well as another bathroom with full bath.
one bedroom has a king size bed
one has a large king size with two single matresses on it and one has two single beds
there are big mirrored wardrobes in each bedroom with a safe in two of the bedrooms
upstairs, there is a large lounge and dining area that leads onto a large terrace with stunning sea views of the med
this terrace has a big sun canopy as well as a table and 6 chairs
there's also a small table and chairs to relax at night( see photos).
the kitchen is well equipped with household appliances and kitchen utensilsThere is a large private barbecue area in the back garden with private access through a gate which can only be opened by you to the communal pool.
there are 6 sunbeds with cushions in the pool area for your use
we have private parking inside a gate
linen and towels are provided but please bring your own towels for the beach.

Summary: Just got back from a fantastic week here, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Wonderful hosts and a friendly property manager who went out of his way for us (Thanks again John, and nice to meet you and have a chat). The beautiful pool, balcony, gardens and gated parking, did not leave us wanting for anything. Inside the villa was spotless and everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. I must say its been a long time since I seen a second fridge at a villa, but having one makes it so much easier to stock up and just chill, literally. Location is also fantastic as you are opposite the beach, have nice restaurants within walking distance, and are nestled perfectly between Nerja, Penoncillio and Torrox Costa. We are already looking at this for next year so its a massive yes from us, and thank you so much, from us both.
