Summary: We had a great time. The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage and a washing machine and clean with everything you need to self-cater. There is a bus that runs from the bottom of the road to Brie sur Marne RER station 9mins away and then it's less than 20mins to the center of Paris from there. Or you can choose to walk to Noisy Champs RER only 20mins away. Mehdi the owner is lovely and helpful and happy to help with any questions. The area is lovely and quiet, it's a 5min walk to the nearest bakery on Boulevard de la Resistance and 10mins to the Super U at the crossroads with Avenue Emile Cossoneau. There's even a shopping bag with wheels in the apartment! Its less than 10mins to walk to bank of the Marne via the Rue de Ressau Robert Keller from where you can walk along it for a long way in each direction. Recommend getting a week's Navigo card for travel - good value if you intend to travel into and/or around Paris much. We would love to come back...
