This very centrally located home in American Fork will have everything your family needs from comfort to convenience. The property is within 2 miles of major shopping centers with many dining options as well. Enjoy a fully stocked beautiful kitchen, and an open layout for family gatherings. There is an additional kitchen and living room/game room in the basement which is perfect for larger groups. The outdoor area with a covered patio dining space and hot tub is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

the kitchen, living room, and dining room are all connected and are the heart of the home for gathering, eating, and creating memories The kitchen is fully stocked and has an island with seating for 4 people. Towards the back of the home, you will find the dining table that seats 6 and provides access to the backyard which is presently unfinished. The living space has a 70" TV over the fireplace surrounded by a stylish couch and two (2) armchairs.
the kitchen is stocked with all necessary appliances including a waffle maker and coffee maker You’ll also find sufficient dish ware and utensils for large groups.
the basement features another fully stocked kitchen and living room with 50" tv and game table with many games to choose from

Summary: This home was just what we wanted!Enter the hallway, stairs on the right up to 3 bedrooms & a full bathroom (the toilet/bathtub are through a second door, so someone can still use the sink).There's a small closet in the hallway (w/ games & a few toddler items) that then opens into the living room or to the right you can step through another door into the master suite or a different door to the downstairs.The living room has a couch, two seats, fireplace & large coffee table.Open living room to the kitchen w/ a large island that has the sink, dishwasher, & barstool seating. It has a large fridge, microwave, large gas stove, gas oven, plenty of items necessary to cook, a counter area w/ coffee maker & toaster.Then there's a small dining table w/ 6 chairs & the slider to the back yard.Off the kitchen is the laundry room w/ a good top-load no-agitator washer & large dryer, a 1/2 bath & door to the 2 car garage.In the back yard: the large barbeque worked great; a large (6 or 8 person) covered hot tub (used most days/nights); a covered sitting area w/ chairs, glider chairs, & love seat, along w/ 4 more seats around a gas firepit (needed to start it with a lighter, but it worked great).Downstairs is a media room, full bath, 2 bedrooms & kitchenette w/ a dining/game area.The master suite has a large bedroom w/ seat, large tub, large shower, large closet w/ desk, separate toilet, 2 sinks.Derek was great, very helpful.Not perfect but 4.99 stars would stay again!
