all units in depuy village are air conditioned and have an electric fireplace to enjoy on those cold autumn and winter nights Most units are multilevel. There are no elevators. There is limited handicapped accessibility in Phase I ONLY. For special needs, contact resort prior to arrival to ensure accommodations are available by calling (570) 421-1500 or text 570-583-2066. Unit occupancy is enforced under Community Rules and Regulations. Shawnee has an ABSOLUTELY NO PET POLICY! Please contact resort about their No Smoking Policy.
