Digital nomad friendly with a separate office space off one of the bedrooms. Designed for a relaxing and fun time with multiple indoor and outdoor games, large TVs in the living room and each bedroom with roku/Netflix/Disney+. the entire house, fenced front yard and driveway will be for your private use There is shared outdoor space on one side of and behind the house (very nice long-term tenants live in the back property).

**1 maximum occupancy**
guest must accurately disclose the number of adults, children, and pets in the booking This number applies to both overnight and daytime visitors. Unauthorized over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund.

**10 issues or complaints**
