The farm is 45 minutes from Brno Airport. It is secluded at the end of the road and so is quiet with no passing traffic. It sits in a commanding position on the side of a hill overlooking the village of Vrtezir. The main house has 4 bedrooms, a modern kitchen with an open dining room and living room. There is 1 bathroom and 2 separate WC's.

both nedvedice and bystrice have a good railway service with trains to bro central then to vienna and zdar/prague Brno has an airport served by Ryan Air and by Whizz Air to London Luton and Stansted and Einhoven in the Netherlands.
