Positive: The room was clean and had pretty easy wheelchair access.
Negative: It's OK that it did not have a roll in shower, but there was no way for my husband, who is in a wheelchair, to access the sink. 
Summary: Good location, clean room, and OK accessibility for a wheelchair.
