5 Bedroom House in Princay, Prinçay
Luxury self catering gites in beautiful, quiet rural surroundings of the Poitou-Charentes. Situated on the Loire/Vienne border close to Futuroscope, the Chateaux of the Loire Valley, Vineyards of Saumur and Chinon as well as historic towns such as Poitiers, Tours and Richelieu. Our three gites date back to the 16th Century and were part of a former winery which have been sympathetically converted in 2018, providing spacious accommodation with modern facilities. The gites have private terraces with seating and bbq which open onto large communal gardens with 10m x 5m in ground swimming pool. We have converted our former bakery into a games room with pool table, football table, dart board and toys for younger children. We have two large table and chairs for all guests to dine together either outside undercover or inside.

On the ground floor there is a further bedroom with an extra large bed, kitchen/dining room with covered well, sitting room and a bathroom off the main stone staircase. Bed linen and towels are included with this rental.
