sitting on a bit over an acre, the house has six bedrooms; five with queen beds and one with bunk beds each with a mountain or meadow view Four of the bedrooms are on the second floor and one is on the ground floor that may accommodate those who cannot negotiate stairs. The finished attic has a large common area with two single beds and a full bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite powder room. The large master suite has a deck overlooking the mountains. A large, farmhouse-style-yet-modern kitchen has a bay window with mountain ridge views, keeping it bright and light-filled. The kitchen counter, complete with stools, and large sectional offer sitting space for family and guests to keep company while sipping coffee over breakfast, as well as a large, round, eat-in kitchen table. The kitchen is totally stocked with everything you’ll need for preparing large family meals including Instant Pot, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, hand mixer, salad spinner, pancake griddle, panini/waffle maker, food processor, cookie sheets, pie pans, slicers, dicers, etc. plus oils, spices, sugar, flour, etc. The dining room has a 9-foot table that can accommodate 12 seated guests, with a view of the meadow, and candle-lit chandeliers.

outside is a weber gas grill and an 8-foot picnic table with umbrella for outdoor dining along with adirondack chairs, plenty of folding lawn chairs and a fire pit There are three electric bicycles available for guests' use. Helmets and instructions are provided but guests use these bicycles at their own risk. The summer nights can be quite cool on the mountain so bring warm clothing.
