Our large four bedroom home in the Sunland Estates Properties sits perfectly located to the entrance of the Sunland Community, we are just past the Boat Launch on the river approximately a block up the street. Our home has views from all four decks, two of which are private decks located off the Master Bedrooms on the third level of the home. We are five minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater for those who come for the World Renowned Concert Venue. We are also five minutes from Cave B Winery and Spa.

Great spot to enjoy boating, hiking,cycling, paddle boarding and wine tasting in this Desert Oasis area and for Concert Goers. We are five minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater for those who come for the World Renowned Concert Venue. The Gorge has also consistently made the top 3 of the top 10 Music Venues in the US. Side note***as we are so close to venue we are in a coveted knook and can not hear the music from the Venue for those searching for the tranquility that the area brings.

a beautiful community park is just around the corner on river drive You may take your own food and barbeques are available for use. This is a spectacular area to take advantage of, the space is endless with a sprawling landscaped lawn down to the river the sunsets do not disappoint. If you forget your condiments, the Sunland store is a just few steps away. The store does have specific hours so be aware of that as it is not open late.
