It is NOT a party house. Please beware of fraudulent listing on crg list. IMPORTANT: Due to a city ordinance, I am limited to 12 guest groups per year "30 day minimum." the master bedroom has a full ensuite bath with sunken tub/shower Next to the ensuite is a half bath that can be used by occupants of the northwest bedroom. They will have to share the shower/tub with the master bath.
